Veronica is a Trainee at Parola Associati Law Firm. She mainly focuses on energy corporate law and in the field of M&A transactions by assisting sponsor, developers, industrial groups and investors in corporate reorganizations, M&A, sale and purchase of equity interests and assets and project development. Veronica discussed a thesis in Banking Law entitled "SACE Guarantee (Decree law April 8, 2020, no. 23): main characteristics and applications ".

Prior to joining Parola Associati, she has worked in Milan law firms specializing in M&A and in the energy sector.
