She provides legalassistance in all phases of M&A transactions, from the preliminary duediligence phase, with a particular focus on corporate, contractual andfinancing aspects, to the drafting and negotiation of the relevanttransactional documentation.

Prior to joining ParolaAssociati, she worked in Milan law firms specializing in M&A and in theenergy sector.
