Massimo Lanzotti is a trainee at Parola Associati. He mainly focuses on corporate law and, inparticular, on M&A and Private Equity transactions, providing legal assistance to domestic and international clients throughout the various stagesof transactions, from due diligence to the negotiation of the transaction documentation and through to closing. He also advises on regulatory matters related to foreign investments (Golden Power/FDI).
Prior to joining Parola Associati, he worked at an international law firm specialized inM&A.
