LuigiAgostinacchio is a Senior Associate at Parola Associati.  He focuses his activity on energy corporate law and, in particular, inthe field of M&A transactions by assisting sponsor, developers, industrialgroups and investors in corporate organizations, M&A, sale and purchase ofequity interests and assets and project development. Furthermore, he hasacquired strong expertise in the traditional and renewable energy sectors andprovides legal assistance in relation to all phases of M&A transactions,from the due diligence activity (with focus on corporate, contractual and realestate matters) to the negotiation of all the relevant documentation. Prior tojoining Parola Associati, he accrued his experience in leading Milan law firmsspecializing in M&A and in the energy sector.
