Flavio Garlisi is a trainee at Parola Associati. He mainly focuses on corporate law and M&A transactions, assisting in the various phases of deals, from due diligence to the drafting and review of transaction documentation.

Prior to joining Parola Associati, he gained experience at an international law firm.

He graduated in Law from Bocconi University in Milan and took part in an exchange program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, focusing on Spanish corporate, financial, and administrative law.
